Montgomery House

Victorian house with modern architect designed double height L-shaped rear extension in glass, painted white inside and out. There is a polished concrete floor and a bespoke kitchen in tiger oak and walnut with black work-tops. A seating area with large sofa and double window seats faces the garden, with a hidden television that sinks into the ground. Full length is 14m x 6m (into seating area). A space full of beautiful natural light, with lots to shoot through, including greenery that can be moved for shots. Above is a mezzanine level with walkway leading to a desk and shelving, which allows for top shots and other interesting angles of the area below. Outside there is a large sunken patio at the lower level with a floating bench seat in teak and an upper balcony facing the garden. Garden is L-shaped, laid to lawn 35m x 25m (into L-shape). A separate bedroom area can also be available for use as a green room etc and there are two adjoining Victorian style rooms on mezzanine level for equipment.
