Features include exposed brickwork, wood flooring on the ground floor, interior glass walls, period style windows and the original roof structure, made from glass and timber. Built in 1873, the building has been renovated to make it sustainable which has included the use of ethically-sourced materials and green technology. The building includes two versatile floors on the ground and upper level as well as three meeting rooms on the middle floor. The innovative use of glass interior walls makes the whole space open plan, with the mezzanine top floor benefiting from natural light. It is suitable as a location for photo shoots, TV, films, music videos, commercials, press launches and media events. The building is available as an empty space (with no members) on weekends.
